POSTPONED due to the recommendations published by the CDC regarding COVID-19.

Plan now to attend this session to learn how modern diets can place kids at risk for nutrient deficiencies; the impact of nutrient deficiencies in mood disorders and other behavioral health conditions; the role of our microbiome in nutrition and health; and strategies to promote healthy eating habits. There is a growing body of scientific evidence connecting the importance of proper nutrition with optimal mental health in children and adolescents. Expanding research is linking critical nutrients to optimal cellular functioning and biochemical processes in regards to the health of the brain and entire nervous system. Presented by Janet Volpe, MD, MPH, Pediatric Integrative Medicine.
