Helping Teens Cope with Anxiety

Does your teen always seem to be tired? Attend this session to hear more about the nutritional causes for low energy and fatigue in adolescents. Registered Dietitian Wendy Sterling, MS, RD, will provide strategies for improving the diets of teens to boost energy and mood. She will be joined by adolescent therapist Signe Darpinian, LMFT, who helps teens manage stress and emotions skillfully, and other ways in addition to food. Both experts will cover the important topic of adolescent sleep, including how you know whether your child is sleep deprived, factors that interfere with a good’s sleep, and how a teen can get a good night’s rest.
