Everyone seems to be talking about yoga and mindfulness. What is mindfulness? How does yoga relate to mindfulness? Plan now to attend this session where you will learn more about the positive impact of mindfulness and yoga on reducing anxiety, depression, ADHD symptoms and managing stress. CHC Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Jennifer Hector, and CHC Doctoral Psychology Intern, Rebecca Schneider, will share playful ways to cultivate mindfulness for kids through yoga.
