Sand Hill School gives bright 1st-8th-grade kids with language-based learning differences such as dyslexia a leg up on success with an evidence-based approach called the Sand Hill Approach. Sand Hill students connect with expert teachers and specialists who team up to deliver the most effective and personalized teaching methods for language-based learning differences and the attention challenges and school-based anxiety that often accompany them. As a result, students build confidence and acquire the skills and resiliency they need to be successful at home, at school and in life. Small classes integrate social emotional learning, executive functioning and academics. Reading, math, PE, visual and performing arts, science, history and social studies are included. Lots of hugs, too!
We take the time to get to know you, your child and your family. Then, based on your child’s strengths and challenges, we provide the best classroom fit and the optimum learning environment for your child.
